Terms and Conditions

By booking or staying at Takshashila Greens PG, you agree to the following terms and house rules:

General Conduct

• Do not keep dirty utensils in the room. Keep them clean to prevent mosquitoes.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.
• Gate closes at 10 PM.

Washing Machine & Appliances

• Washing machine is only for drying clothes. Do not wash wet clothes in the dryer.
• Switch off appliances after use.

Personal Items

• Use your own water bottle; do not take others from the fridge.
• Protect your belongings by keeping them in cupboards. Management is not responsible for theft

Housekeeping

• Lay a bedsheet on the mattress. If damaged, you must pay for it.
• Shared rooms cannot be locked if any bed is vacant.

Meals & Timings

• Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
• Lunch: 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
• Dinner: 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Guests & Visitors

• Inform the owner/manager before bringing any guest. Guest charge is ₹500/day.

Refunds & Security

• Rent is non-refundable.
• Leaving before 11 months results in no security refund.
• Damage to any PG property will be deducted from your security deposit.

Disciplinary Actions

• Bringing the opposite sex to the PG is strictly prohibited.
• Misbehavior or violation of rules leads to a ₹1000 penalty and/or eviction without refund.
