Refund Policy

At Takshashila Greens PG, we value transparency in our payment and refund processes.

Rent Refunds

• All monthly rent payments are **non-refundable** once paid.

Security Deposit

• Security deposit is refundable only after completing **11 months of stay**.
• Early departure or violation of rules will result in **forfeiture** of the security amount.

Damage & Deductions

• Any damage to PG property (e.g., mattress, appliances, furniture) will be deducted from your security.
